CSSA trade group trades up to simplify name

NEW YORK - So finally, somebody decides to make our lives a little easier through simplification. The Commercial Real Estate Secondary Market and Securitization Association (CSSA) is changing its name to the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association (CMSA). Not only is it simpler, but if better reflects today's marketplace.

The mission remains the same - to foster understanding and growth in commercial mortgage securitization. The organization also launched a new Website at www.cmsa.org.
