Essex finds toys in the lands of computers and coffee
Palo Alto, Calif.-based Essex Property Trust has acquired two apartment complexes in Seattle and Northern California's Silicon Valley for $51 million. The communities include Waterford Place, a 238-unit complex in San Jose, Calif., and Linden Square Apartments, a 183-unit complex in Seattle.
Waterford Place offers five floorplans, including 120 one-bedroom units, 106 two-bedroom units and 12 three-bedroom units. Linden Square Apartments features 123 one-bedroom units, 50 two-bedroom apartments and 10 three-bedroom units.
Each unit in both complexes contains a washer and dryer. Both communities also have a pool.
