Blackstone's Equity Office Sells 1-3 Center Plaza for $307M

Shorenstein Properties, a private real estate firm with offices in San Francisco and New York, has acquired 1-3 Center Plaza in Boston for $307 million from Blackstone Group's Equity Office Properties Trust. The mixed-use property totaling 717,128 square feet across from City Hall, was part of Equity Office's Boston portfolio.
