A woman walked into a Port St. John drug store with the squirrel clinging to her leg. It finally jumped off her, onto another customer and then onto a store employee.
"It bit her leg. It was on her back. It was biting her, scratching her on her back," Williams said.
The squirrel even gave an Animal Control worker all she could handle. Animal Control officials said it's unlikely the squirrel has rabies. It probably just has a bad temper.
Authorities said the squirrel probably just thinks the shopping center is his territory. It hangs out at the Quizno's a lot, and it's often seen at the Blockbuster, but it really went nuts at the CVS.
