The wedding is on between the U.S.' largest jewelery chain Signet and Zale Corp., according to a report from Dallas News. Signet, which operates Kay Jewelers and Jared, agreed to buy Zale's in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. The New York Times reports the transaction will include $690 million in cash and will result in a combined company with $6.2 billion in sales.
