Boston Properties Sells Rockville Building for $61.2M

Boston Properties Inc. is making good on its plans to exit Montgomery County's office market. The Boston-based real estate investment trust has sold One Preserve Parkway, a seven-story office building in Rockville, to Federal Capital Partners for $61.25 million, or about $333 per square foot. The building is about 92 percent leased to tenants including federal contractor Booz Allen Hamilton.
