Texas Broker Forms Independent Company

Tracy Fults, previously a senior director in agency leasing with Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services Group in Texas, has launched Fults Commercial, a Dallas-based real estate services firm.

The firm will specialize in landlord and tenant representation, and property acquisition and disposition. Fults Commercial will focus on opportunities in North Texas, as well as other parts of the state as the business grows.

Fults has been involved in major office leasing transactions in Dallas. Prior to joining Cushman &Wakefield, he was an executive director with the Fults Companies, a Texas commercial real estate brokerage firm founded by his late father, Jerry Fults.

He believes the time is right to introduce a new commercial real estate services firm in Dallas. “What I intend to bring to the table is a rare brand of service so essential in today’s changing commercial market,” Fults says.

“There is a lot of change taking place and restructuring of people. I believe that it’s a time to be smaller in size, thus enabling our group to focus 100% of our time on our clients’ needs and not be concerned with where we fit into a large conglomerate.”

The broker is currently in the process of hiring a team of staff members. “I anticipate that we will be joined by some of the top producers in the market,” says Fults. “I hope to attract a number of local commercial leasing specialists as well as tenant representation professionals.”
