ANAHEIM, CA—Duke Realty Corp. purchased the 122,600-sq.-ft.building at 1650 N. Kraemer Blvd. in Anaheim, Calif. for $14.3 million. Equus Capital Partners sold the 100-percent-occupied building that it has owned since 2006.
“Due to a dearth of supply and strong demand for industrial product in Southern, we were able to achieve premium pricing on this well located, institutional quality asset,” said Gardner Ellner, acquisition manager at Equus, in a statement.
