Michael Nortman, a principal with Crossroads, reportedly bought the 180,000-sq-ft. building earlier this year for $10.8 million, when it was at about 70 percent occupied. The new tenants include the American Society of Plumbing Engineers, taking 7,076 sq. ft.; Quatrro FPO Solutions taking 3,185 sq. ft. and the Haemonetics Corp. leasing 14,665 sq. ft. Amenities at the building include a full-service cafeteria, conference room, tenant storage, underground parking, and on-site management.
