NEW JERSEY—CBRE has secured an exclusive 880,000-sq.-ft. leasing assignment for 379, 399 and 499 Thornall Street in Edison. The three Class-A buildings in MetroPark are all owned by Alfieri LLC.
The CBRE leasing team of Executive Vice President Joseph Sarno, Senior Vice President Jeremy Neuer, Vice President Peter Shikar and Associate Joseph Lombardi are handling the assignment.
Amenities in 379 and 399 Thornall include a full-service cafeteria, covered parking, an atrium lobby, 24-hour security and a sundry shop. The 499 Thornall property includes a fitness center and tenant lounge, in addition to a cafeteria and a renovated lobby.
The properties are in close proximity to the MetroPark Train Station, the Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Turnpike and Routes 1, 9, 27, 287 and 440.
