JV Gets 200 West Monroe for $75M

CHICAGOA joint venture of Lubert Adler and The Farbman Group have purchased a 535,9000-sq.-ft. office building located at 200 West Monroe in Chicago for $75 million. HFF marketed the property for sale on behalf of a national private investment firm.

The HFF investment sales team representing the seller was led by Jeff Bramson and Jaime Fink, both senior managing directors, and Mark Katz, director.

Located at the northwest corner of the intersection of West Monroe and South Wells in the West Loop district of Chicago, 200 West Monroe was renovated in 2006. Currently, the 23-story property is 80 percent occupied.

The property also includes 113,354 sq. ft. of separately owned space that is occupied by an affiliate of the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago.
