RCG Completes Plymouth Commons Purchase

PLYMOUTH, WIS.—RCG Ventures Fund II has completed its purchase of Plymouth Commons, a 162,031-sq.-ft. shopping center located 40 miles north of Milwaukee in Plymouth, Wis.

Situated on more than 17 acres, Plymouth Commons is anchored by Pick ‘n Save and Kmart. Other tenants at the center include Dollar Tree, GNC, Fantastic Sams and H&R Block, among others.

Constructed in 1989, the property includes space for nine retailers and is currently 98 percent occupied. The center is located at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Pleasantview Road.

RCG currently owns 66 assets totaling more than 6 million sq. ft. of space.
