ILLINOIS—TCi Tires has leased 30,845 sq. ft. of space at Liberty Point Corporate Center business park.
Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zachary Graham of CBRE represented ownership, McShane Development Company and MetLife Real Estate Investments; Grant Glattly of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction. McShane Construction Company and Ware Malcomb will provide design/build construction services for this tenant improvement assignment.
The TCi Tires space will include 1,370 sq. ft. of office space with the remaining 29,475 sq. ft. for its distribution operations. TCi Tires will take occupancy in August following the completion of the tenant improvements within the suite.
The multi-tenant industrial property, known as Liberty Point Corporate Center III, is located at 1400 Harris Road in Libertyville, Ill. The property offers 26-ft. clear height, 48-ft. x 48-ft. staging bays, expandable car parking for 215, 11 exterior docks and six drive-in doors.
