UPS Supply Chain Solutions Takes 248,145 Sq. Ft. in Urbancrest

COLUMBUS, OHIO—UPS Supply Chain Solutions has signed a long-term, 248,145-sq.-ft. lease at Opus I at Big Run, located at the interchange of I-270 and Route 62 in Urbancrest, Ohio. The lease brings the building to 100 percent occupancy.

UPS Supply Chain Solutions will be occupying more than 50 percent of the space in the 491,000-sq.-ft. building, which is owned by an affiliate of The Opus Group. The balance of the building is occupied by McKesson.

Mike Hurd, Rick Trott and Kevin McGrath of Cassidy Turley represented the building owners in this transaction.

“UPS Supply Chain Solutions will be a welcome addition at Big Run,” said John Cumming, vice president and general manager at Opus Development Corporation. “We worked closely with the UPS team to finalize the lease, design the tenant improvements and commence construction of the improvements on an accelerated schedule in order to meet UPS’s required occupancy schedule in September 2012.”
