ELK GROVE VILLAGE, ILL.—Ag Medical Systems has purchased a 38,250-sq.-ft. building in Lake-in-the-Hills, Ill. for $775,000. Arthur J. Rogers & Co.’s Mark Baumhart and Brian Schmitz represented both the property seller, Buckeridge Door Company, and the purchaser.
The industrial property is situated on a 2.3-acre site at 3 Walter Court and features 16-ft. clear ceilings, eight docks and 13 drive-in doors. Ag Medical Systems, which is headquartered in Texas and operates another facility in the immediate area, purchased the facility to accommodate its expansion.
Ag Medical Systems is a medical management company that provides physicians end-to-end solutions for their practices. The firm’s range of services and products include medical billing, medical transcription and electronic medical records.
