Alliance Data Systems Takes 68,981 Sq. Ft. in Columbus

COLUMBUS, OHIO—Alliance Data Systems has signed a 68,981-sq.-ft. lease at 4400 Easton Commons in Easton Office Park in northeast Columbus, Ohio. Randy Stephens and Brian Douglas of Cassidy Turley represented building ownership, Equity Office Properties, in the transaction.

Equity Office Properties acquired the property in 2011 as part of a 19-building portfolio purchase from Duke Realty.

Comprised of three stories, 4400 Easton Commons includes a single-story lobby with 12-ft.-high ceilings, granite tile flooring and wood accents.
