LISLE, IL—The American Building Maintenance Co. of Illinois has signed a lease for 8,196 sq. ft. of office in the Corporetum Office Campus.
The lease is in 550 Warrenville Road, the Corporetum VI building in the 300,000-sq.-ft., four-building campus, which is along the Interstate 88 and Interstate 355 corridors. The building’s features include on-site food service, a conferencing facility, fitness center, and private corner balconies that accent several floors.
Patrick Kiefer, executive director, and Jim Adler, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s office services group, represented Winthrop Realty Trust, an East Coast-based office REIT. Eric Sorensen of Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois and David Anderson of Fritsche Anderson Realty Partners LLC represented ABM.
