OAK BROOK, ILL.—Anna’s Linens has signed a 12,000-sq.-ft. lease at Inland Real Estate Corporation’s Chatham Ridge, a shopping center located at 87th Street and the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago. The retailer is expected to open early next year.
Located at 110-60 West 87th Street/8640-52 South Lafayette Ave. in Chicago, Chatham Ridge is anchored by Food 4 Less and the center totals approximately 176,000 sq. ft. Additional tenants at the center include Marshalls, Starbucks, Dollar Tree and Foot Locker, among others.
