B2B Marketing Firm Signs to Move to Dayton

DAYTON, OH—TriComB2B, a magazine and marketing agency, has signed a 10-year lease to occupy two floors at the Performance Place building here, at 109 North Main Street.

The company will operate out of 18,000 sq. ft. on the seventh and ninth floors in the 18-story building, which has about 166,000 sq. ft. The building is located within the Schuster Performing Arts Center, at the corner of Second and Main streets.

John Buscemi, co-owner of the tenant, said in a statement that the new lease will allow his firm to lower overall lease costs by 11 percent, while also supporting expansion. His firm is currently located at 1200 Industrial Park Drive in Vandalia, Ohio. “My partner and I are supporters of both the arts community and the revitalization activities occurring in downtown Dayton,” Buscemi said. “We’re excited about the opportunity to move to Performance Place, the creative center of the downtown Dayton community and are proud to be part of the city’s revival efforts.”
