The Big Salad Takes Space at Novi Town Center

WEST BLOOMFIELD, MICH.—The Big Salad has signed a 2,825-sq.-ft. lease in Novi Town Center at 43168 Grand River Ave. in Novi, Mich.

Adam Goodman and Tony Schmitt of Mid-America Real Estate-Michigan Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction, while Simon Property Group represented landlord Novi Town Center Investors LLC.

Founded in 2008 with an original restaurant in Grosse Pointe, Mich., The Big Salad has plans to open five locations this year and 200 locations in the next 10 years. The restaurant offers custom-made salads to its patrons.
