Bridge Partners Adds Indigo Place at University of Ill. to Portfolio

SAVOY, ILL.—Bridge Partners has purchased Indigo Place, a student housing community for the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Dorothy Jackman and Travis Prince, managing directors of Colliers International’s student housing group, represented the buyer; Scott Harris and Kyle Shoemaker of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago office represented the seller, Landmark Residential.

Comprised of 192 units with a 588 bed capacity, Indigo Place includes two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The property is located approximately three miles from the campus.

Bridge Partners plans to invest $900,000 in capital improvements to include upgrades to the exterior of the property as well as updates to the clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center and game room.

Indigo Place, a 192-unit, 588 bed complex of two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, is located about 3 miles from the campus at 117 Sterling Court in Savoy.
