Central Plaza in Missouri Purchased by Michigan-Based Ramco-Gershenson

ST. LOUIS—Michigan-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has purchased Central Plaza in Ballwin, Mo. for $21.5 million from Pace Properties.

Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Group-Missouri LLC and Scott Seyfried of Pace Properties exclusively represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.

Central Plaza is a 175,143-sq.-ft. shopping center located in the Manchester Road regional trade corridor in the St Louis area. The property is anchored by buybuy Baby, Ross Dress for Less, JoAnn and Office Max. Other retailers include Tuesday Morning, Pet Supplies Plus, Five Below and more.
