KILDEER, ILL.—Charming Charlie has signed a new, 6,471-sq.-ft. lease to open a store at The Quentin Collection, located north of I-90, on the northeast corner of North Rand Road (Route 12) and North Quentin Road in Kildeer, Ill.
Charming Charlie is a fashion jewelry and accessories retailer and was the winner of the International Council of Sopping Centers Hot Retailer of the Year award in 2010.
In addition to its Kildeer location, the company has also signed leases in three other locations across the Brixmor Property Group portfolio.
