Chicago Community Trust Has Updated Space at 225 N. Michigan

CHICAGOReed Construction has completed a 23,000-sq.-ft. build-out for Chicago Community Trust at 225 N. Michigan in Chicago. The Trust hired Reed Construction to build out the firm’s new office space after relocating from 111 E. Wacker Drive.

The construction of the 23,000 sq. ft. on the 22nd floor of the building included multiple conference rooms and boardroom, donor wall, private offices with glass fronts, open workspace and a reception area.

The project team for Reed Construction included Scott Pickands, executive vice president, Christine Roche, project manager, and Matt McGriff, senior project superintendent. Partners by Design provided the architectural services and Studley served as the owner’s representative.

For 96 years, The Chicago Community Trust has connected donors with community needs to improve metropolitan Chicago. In 2011, the Trust, together with its donors, granted more than $100 million to nonprofit organizations.
