SOUTHFIELD, MICH.—Colliers International has closed 73,800 sq. ft. of industrial leases throughout Michigan.

New leases include:

• 43,000 sq. ft. of industrial space by P.G.S. Inc. at 32501 Dequindre in Madison Heights. Peter E. Kepic and Peter J. Kepic of Colliers International represented the tenant in this transaction.

• 28,750 sq. ft. of industrial space at 1707 Northwood Drive in Troy. Peter E. Kepic, Peter J. Kepic and John Lominack of Colliers International represented the landlord, First Industrial LP, in this transaction.

• 2,050 sq. ft. of industrial space at 4902 DeWitt Road, Suite 105 in Canton. Gary Glotzhober and Adam Manix of Colliers International represented the landlord, Breault Homes, in this transaction.
