CHICAGO—Draper & Kramer, a commercial and residential finance and management firm, has taken over Wheaton, Ill.-based DKMallon, a retail firm.
DKMallon, led by Mike Mallon, works with municipalities, owners, retailers and investors. The company is currently involved with 22 properties in Illinois totaling more than one million sq. ft. Additionally, DKMallon represents ALDI, Hmart and Dunkin Donuts.
The firm has become a division of Draper & Kramer and is moving its office here to Chicago. Mallon will stay on to lead the division, joined by Real Estate Manager Kurt Warnke and Property Manager Duncan Smith.
