East Peoria Downtown Inks New Leases Totaling More Than 30,000 Sq. Ft.

PEORIA, ILL.—Three new tenants have inked deals to open stores at Cullinan Properties Ltd.’s East Peoria Downtown development in the East Peoria retail market.

New tenants include:

• Ross Dress for Less, which will open a 25,000-sq.-ft. store at the center. The retail store offers apparel, accessories, footwear and home fashions for everyday savings of 20 percent to 60 percent savings. Ross has more than 1,000 locations in 33 states, Washington, D.C. and Guam.

• Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc., which will occupy 4,001 sq. ft. The restaurant has more than 450 locations in North America.

• An affiliated practice of Heartland Dental Care, which will occupy 2,700 sq. ft. of space.

Slated to open in March 2013, the East Peoria Downtown Center will be part of an expanded downtown district, which will also include a Holiday Inn and Conference Center, a new library and community bank.
