First-Ever FDIC Online Real Estate Auction Featuring 50 Midwest Properties

GREEN BAY—Micoley Auctions will be hosting the first-ever FDIC Online Real Estate Auction with bidding through June 2, 2012.

An assortment of properties is available, including commercial and retail spaces, single-family residences, condominiums, duplexes and residential and commercial land.

"We have approximately 50 Midwest properties in this first FDIC Online Real Estate Auction event," Wade T. Micoley, president of Micoley Auctions, said. "There are some tremendous opportunities here to pick up real estate in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana at auction prices. Some properties will sell absolute to the highest bidder."

According to Micoley, there are several commercial and residential properties in the Chicago metro area, as well as Indiana and Michigan. Many former branch bank buildings and commercial office buildings are up for auction, as well as building lots and development land.

Properties are available only through the auction and bids can be submitted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For more information visit www.FDICauction.com to review the catalog.

There has been $30.3 billion in new CMBS issuance to date in 2013, according to Commercial Mortgage Alert. That puts the industry on pace to smash last year’s volume of $48.4 billion and will make 2013 the busiest year for CMBS issuance since 2007.
