CHICAGO—Greater Illinois Title has signed a 7,700-sq.-ft. lease extension at 120 N. LaSalle.
MB Real Estate’s Executive Vice President Danny Nikitas, Vice President Konstantine Sepsis and Associates Doug Noble and Annie Welsch represented Greater Illinois Title in the transaction, which resulted in negotiating and securing a lower rental rate and added concessions. The building’s ownership was represented by Genny Emerson of Lincoln Property Company.
Greater Illinois Title provides the Chicago area with professional title insurance, escrow, closing and real estate information services.
Built in the early 1990s, 120 N. LaSalle is comprised of 39 floors. The property is in close proximity to City Hall and the Chicago Theatre. In 2010, the property earned the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED EB O&M (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Buildings Operations and Maintenance) certification at the Gold level.
