TIAA-CREF Hires NAI Hiffman to Fill Half-Empty Office

OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL—TIAA-CREF has hired NAI Hiffman to lease and manage One Parkview Plaza, a 263,912-sq.-ft. office at 17 W. 110 22nd Street.

The building has 125,140 sq. ft. available at the building in Chicago’s suburbs, which is still caught on the throes of high vacancy rates. Main tenant Invesco is leaving the building next year. The investment company took almost 90,000 sq. ft. at Esplanade II in Downers Grove early this year.

Jim Adler, executive vice president at NAI Hiffman, said in a statement that the building has a great location and floor plate, with signage available on Interstate 88. “We feel this space is one of the best large blocks available in the market today,” he said. Adler is joined by Dan O’Neill, executive vice president, and Jud Henry, senior associate, to market existing and upcoming availabilities for the building. Amenities at the building include shops, 24-hour manned security, covered parking and a fitness club.
