Intellisource Signs 17,700-Sq.-Ft. Lease in Elgin Corporate Park

ELGIN, ILL.—Intellisource Inc. has signed a 17,700-sq.-ft. lease at 2531 Technology Drive within the Rogers Business Parke-Elgin in Elgin, Ill.

Building ownership Arthur J. Roberts & Co. was represented in-house by Chris Zannis, senior associate, while the tenant was self-represented.

Situated within Northwest Corporate Park at Technology and Vantage Drives, Rogers Business Parke-Elgin is a four-building development comprised of 232,000 sq. ft. of office and mixed-use office/warehouse spaces.

Intellisource, a graphic production and promotional company, is relocating from another location within Rogers Business Parke-Elgin to accommodate its expansion. The company’s new space will include office, warehouse and production areas.
