Jacobson Warehouse Company Relocates in Region’s Largest Lease Deal Since 2005

ST. LOUIS—Jacobson Warehouse Company is relocating and expanding its St. Louis, consumer good third-party logistics operation at Northside Distribution Center where it will occupy 402,000 sq. ft. of space.

The landlord, J.B. Management, based out of Sacramento, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Terry Sievert and Dave Branding. John J. Sheahan, Jr., a principal of NAI DESCO in St. Louis, and Joe Lauinger, a broker with Mohr Partners' Dallas office, represented the tenant.

The transaction is the largest new industrial lease in the region since 2005.

Jacobson Warehouse Company will take up its new space, located at 4702 Park 370 Boulevard in Hazelwood, this June. The company is relocating from 7110 N. Broadway in St. Louis and offers end-to-end supply chain management solutions internationally.

J.B. Management owns more than 2 million sq. ft. of industrial space in the greater St. Louis metro region.
