East Coast Buyer Takes JP Morgan Chase-Leased Office

COLUMBUS, OH-An East Coast institution has purchased an 84,000-sq.-ft. office property fully leased to JP Morgan Chase at 3401 Morse Crossing Road for $8.9 million.

The property was built in 1994 and renovated in 2004. The building is part of a 580,000-sq.-ft. JP Morgan Chase regional campus. The property is located near the Easton Town Center, a 1.7-million-sq.-ft. lifestyle center which features retailers Nordstrom, Macy’s and AMC Theaters. The building is fully leased to JP Morgan Chase on a net lease basis with approximately two years of lease term remaining.

The building is just west of Interstate 270 and less than three miles north of the Columbus airport. Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman with the Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction; a private Chicago based partnership.
