LIVONIA, MI—Konica Minolta Business Solutions has leased 16,431 sq. ft. of office at 38019 Schoolcraft Road here.

Darren Rogow, a leasing specialist with Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions, negotiated the transaction. The landlord of the property is Schoolcraft Industrial Associates LLC. Konica Minolta Business Solutions, headquartered in New Jersey, is a global company with offices in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America.
