Lone Star Distribution Takes 25,600 Sq. Ft. in Indy

INDIANAPOLIS—Lone Star Distribution, a supplier of sports nutrition and supplements for health and fitness centers across the U.S., has signed a 25,600-sq.-ft. Lease at 8217 Zionsville Road in Indianapolis, Ind.

Jones Lang LaSalle's Chip Barnes, senior vice president, and Matt Dickerson, senior vice president, represented the tenant; Brian Seitz, a senior vice president, also with the firm, assisted the landlord, Prologis, in the transaction.

Lone Star Distribution is expanding and plans to use its new space at 8217 Zionsville Road to serve the Midwest market.

Located within easy access to I-465 and I-65, 8217 Zionsville Road totals 140,800 sq. ft. and includes 20- to 26-ft. ceiling heights.
