McKinley Successfully Repositions 88,045-Sq.-Ft. Office Building in Erlanger, Ky.

ANN ARBOR, MICH.—McKinley has successfully worked to reposition Olympic Corporate Center, an 88,045-sq.-ft. office building in Erlanger, Ky. McKinley was appointed the receiver of the asset in December of 2009 and, during its management tenure, McKinley positioned the center for sale by stabilizing the building’s rent roll with more than 15,000 sq. ft. of completed leases; providing more efficient management and operations; and solidifying tenant relationships.

Founded in 1968 and headquartered in Ann Arbor, McKinley is an owner and manager of office buildings, retail centers and industrial/flex space with more than 5.4 million sq. ft. of retail, 4.1 million sq. ft. of office space and 750,000 sq. ft. of industrial. The company operates in 20 states.
