Mercer Belanger Law Firm Commits to 10 Years at One Indiana Square

INDIANAPOLIS—Indianapolis-based law firm Mercer Belanger P.C. has signed a 10-year, 10,552-sq.-ft. office lease at One Indiana Square in Indianapolis.

Steve Beals and Richard R. King III of Lee & Associates Indianapolis represented the tenant to close the transaction.

“Mercer Belanger expanded their operations as part of the new lease and will be utilizing the space as their new corporate headquarters,” said Beals. “Richard and I were able to successfully structure a new lease for Mercer Belanger that significantly reduced their lease expense while still providing them with a substantial construction allowance and many other incentives.”

Constructed in 1969 and upgraded in 2005, One Indiana Square totals 37 stories and contains 662,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space.
