Morgan/Harbour Selected by Path to Purchase for Build-out in O’Hare Submarket

WOODRIDGE, ILL.—The Path to Purchase Institute has tapped Morgan/Harbour to build a 12,141-sq.-ft. partial floor build-out for the firm at 8550 W. Bryn Mawr in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket. Previously located in Skokie, Ill, The Path to Purchase will be relocated to its new space upon delivery.

Morgan/Harbour will complete a partial demolition of the existing space to create new office space, which will include private offices, conference rooms and island-type workstations. In addition, Morgan/Harbour will overhaul the electrical riser feeder and horizontal distribution system while also installing a new control system for HVAC and electrical systems.

The construction team on the assignment includes Project Manager Andrew MacMillan and Project Superintendent Steve Bulger. Box Studios is providing the architectural services.

A marketing firm that serves the needs of retailers, brands and solution providers along the path to purchase, The Path to Purchase is slated to move to its new space this winter.
