FAIRFIELD, OH—The Cincinnati Industrial Group of CBRE recently completed the $2.1 million sale of a warehouse here to Mulhern Belting Inc.
Osborne Logistics Group reportedly sold the 65,000-sq.-ft. building, currently leased to O’Gara Group, a defense contractor that plans a move to West Chester, Ohio. Mulhern, has a smaller facility nearby, and reportedly plans to relocate to the adjacent 4.3-acre property.
Rod MacEachen and Josh Niederhelman with CBRE represented Osborne in the deal. “This is an expanding business that needed to double its existing footprint. Being right next to the current location this building will work perfectly,” said MacEachen in a statement.
