New South Central Properties Claims Hampton Industrial Property

HAMPTON, IOWA—New South Central Properties LLC, a tempered glass manufacturing company based in Albemarle, N.C., has purchased 1280 Olive Ave. in Hampton, Iowa, a 136,810-sq.-ft., single-story industrial building situated on 13.41 acres. Binswanger’s Gerry Norton and Andy Lubinski, associate, both in the Minneapolis, Minn. office, led the transaction on behalf of the seller, Winnebago Industries.

The new ownership will use the space as a manufacturing plant.

Originally constructed in 1982, 1280 Olive Ave. underwent three additions since its development. The property contains concrete floors, steel columns, 4,000 sq. ft. of office space, six overhead doors and ceiling heights of approximately 25 ft. Parking for 150 vehicles is also available.
