Paine/Wetzel/TCN Completes Two Industrial Leases in Chicago

CHICAGOPaine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide has completed two industrial lease transactions in Chicago.

In the first transaction, Anthony Marano Company leased 4.34 acres of space next to its current location at Interstate 55 and Damen for additional parking space. The company distributes fresh produce from its facility and is experiencing growth. Ed Wabick, principal of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented Anthony Marano Company in the transaction.

In the second transaction, Patrick’s Gourmet Cookies leased 3,500 sq. ft. of space at 1900 N. Austin Boulevard in Chicago. The company will relocate from its current space at 4501 W. Madison in Chicago. The new space contains a fully equipped bakery and includes docks, drive-in doors and parking. Albert Schulman, senior vice president of Paine/Wetzel/TCN Worldwide represented both the tenant and landlord, The 1900 Austin Building LLC, in the transaction.
