BOLINGBROOK, IL—PBD Worldwide has renewed its lease for 105,154 square feet of industrial space here in the Interstate 55 Corridor.
The building is a 256,070-sq.-ft. property at 905 Carlow Drive. The building is in Will County, an industrial hub in the Chicago area, and is along Weber Road.
PBD is a privately held fulfillment company that facilitates the shipping of more than 4.5 million packages a year. The Bolingbrook location represents one of five warehouse facilities operated by PBD.
Dan Leahy, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman’s industrial services group, represented PBD along with Sean Henrick and Jason West with Cushman & Wakefield and Cassidy Turley’s Chris White. They did not comment on the occupancy of the other space in the building.
