Private Investment Group Stakes Claim on Five Points Mall in Marion, Ind.

MARION, IND.—Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sale Group represented the seller of Five Points Mall in Marion, Ind. in the disposition of the mall to a private investment group. Ben Wineman of Mid-America Real Estate Corp. exclusively represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented.

Anchored by JC Penney, Carson’s, Sears and Roses, Five Points Mall is a 451,956-sq.-ft. regional mall located on the southeast corner of North Baldwin Avenue and Kem Road in Marion.

Additional retailers at the center include Hibbett Sporting Goods, Christopher & Banks, GNC, Bath & Body Works and more. The center is located approximately 60 miles north of Indianapolis.
