Reed Construction Completes Expansion, Renovation for Evanston Capital in Evanston, Ill.

CHICAGO—Reed Construction has completed a building expansion and renovation for Evanston Capital Management at 1560 Sherman Ave. in Evanston, Ill.

The project included upgraded finishes to private offices, conference rooms and to open work areas. A new conference room was also created and includes cherry wood framing and doors and millwork detail.

Reed Construction’s Bryan Kreuger served as the project executive; Augie Insalaco was the project manager. The firm worked with IA Interior Architects for architectural services, while Cushman & Wakefield oversaw the project management.
