PLAINFIELD, IN—Browning/Duke Realty has completed a new distribution and logistics headquarters building for Regal Beloit Corp. at AllPoints Midwest, a bulk industrial park being developed jointly by the two companies in Indianapolis’ southwest area.
Regal, based in Beloit, Wis., is a manufacturer of electric motors, mechanical and electrical motion controls and power generation products serving markets throughout the world. The company has moved into the 376,000-square-foot facility. Sustainable characteristics of Regal’s building include high-efficiency heating, water-efficient fixtures and reflective roof surfaces.
AllPoints Midwest includes 958 acres of land with a planned 13.6 million square feet of bulk distribution buildings. The park is located near the Indianapolis International Airport, Interstate 70 and CSX railroad’s Avon intermodal yard.
