Styrolution Relocates to 22,000-SF in Aurora

AURORA, IL—Styrolution America, a global styrenics company, has leased 22,000-sq.-ft. at 4245 Meridian Parkway here to relocate from its offices in Channahan, Ill.

The 140,300-sq.ft- building, owned by UBS Realty Investors LLC, is now 100% leased. Cody Sundberg, a managing director with Bradford Allen Realty Services, represented UBS in the transaction. Aubrey Van Reken and Jim Adler with NAI Hiffman

“The building presented a unique leasing opportunity as this portion of the East/West corridor is more commonly known for large, single tenant office users and industrial space,” said Sundberg. “However, given its proximity to Interstate 55, the location was perfect for Styrolution which employs a worker base largely from south of Aurora.”
