CHICAGO—The local office of Sperry Van Ness and SVN Crossroads Property Management have obtained four new management assignments totaling 300,000 square feet in the Chicago suburbs.
These new assignments include a retail complex at 28251 Diehl Road in Warrenville, a pair of medical office buildings at 3100-3150 Higgins Road and 990-1000 Grand Canyon Parkway in Hoffman Estates, and an industrial flex complex at 8200 W 185th and 8201 W 183rd Street in Tinley Park.
