BENTON HARBOR, MICH.—A Walgreens Pharmacy, located at 875 East Napier Avenue in Benton Harbor, has been sold for $4.919 million to a Minnesota-based institutional investor.
Chad Firsel of Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc. represented the purchaser, while Jordan Kaufman, also of Quantum Real Estate Advisors Inc., represented the seller. The transaction took place off market.
The property is freestanding and totals 14,000 sq. ft. of space. There are approximately 21 years remaining on an initial 25-year term.
