Cherry Hill Office Building Goes for $3.4M

NEW JERSEY—Time Equities Inc. and Bergman Realty Group purchased a 100,000-sq.-ft. office building in Cherry Hill for $3.4M. The property, located at 51 Haddonfield Road, is located adjacent to the Cherry Hill Mall and is situated in close proximity to Philadelphia with access to the Benjamin Franklin and Betsy Ross bridges.

Time Equities and Bergman Realty Group plan to launch a capital improvement campaign to upgrade the facility’s parking lot and lobby. Existing amenities include a glass atrium, café, fitness center and outdoor space.

The brokerage team of Grubb & Ellis Senior Vice President Anne Klein and Associate Vice President Brian Sherlock will oversee leasing for the property, which offers office space ranging from 1,200 sq. ft. to 22,000 sq. ft.
