G.S. Wilcox and Co. Closes $13.25M Financing for Cinnaminson Township Property

NEW JERSEYG.S. Wilcox and Co. has arranged $13.25 million in financing through ING Life Insurance and Annuity Co. The 10-year loan is secured by a 100 percent leased, class A shopping center located in Cinnaminson Township, N.J.

Anchored by a Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club, the 330,000-sq.-ft. property is owned by a subsidiary of National Realty and Development Corp., a development and management firm that counts more than 22 million sq. ft. in its portfolio.

Located in Morristown and founded in 1994, G.S. Wilcox and Co. is a full service mortgage-banking firm, which originates, underwrites and services commercial real estate mortgage loans.
